Situated less than one half mile from the Twinbrook Metro station, 5600 Fishers Lane is one of the largest and most iconic buildings in Montgomery County, MD. The JBG Companies completed a four-year, tenant-in place renovation, which delivered in 2015 four brand new cores, all new glass curtain wall, a new main lobby and a stunning 14-story atrium. The building also received a new roof, an energy efficient DOAS HVAC system, another level of garage parking and several other major upgrades. 5600 Fishers Lane is truly embracing sustainability in its proximity to mass transit, re-use of an existing building and goal of achieving a LEED Platinum certification and Energy Star rating.
